Daily Northeast Broiler/Fryer Parts as of 11:30
Prices are trending firm for tenders, steady to firm for boneless skinless
breasts and steady for wings and dark meat items. Trucklot buying activity
is seasonally light to moderate entering the week as dealers look to other
traditional holiday items. Offerings of tenders are in close balance to
tight with premiums noted; bone-in breasts, boneless skinless breasts and
wings are light to moderate with jumbo sizes in the best position; dark
meat items are moderate for current needs. Market activity is slow to
moderate.
