Prices are steady. The undertone is steady. The Northeast shell egg
inventory is down 4.2 percent compared to last Monday. Demand is moderate
to fairly good. Offerings are light to moderate. Supplies are light to at
times moderate. Market activity is moderate. The Eastern region breaking
stock offerings are light for the light to moderate demand. Spent fowl
supplies are moderate to heavy; processing schedules are mostly normal.

WHITE EGGS IN CARTONS, CENTS PER DOZEN.
